Yes. All Hailo Colours pull-out systems are designed for standard European cabinet widths: 30cm, 45cm, 60cm, and 90cm base units. Drawer depth options cover standard 450mm and 500mm cabinet depths. Our specification sheets include exact fitting dimensions for each product.

Sample swatches of all five palette tones in powder-coated steel are available to trade professionals and homeowners undertaking a confirmed renovation project. Request them via [email protected] with a brief description of your project. Samples are free of charge and sent by post within Germany; international requests are fulfilled at cost.

Standard palette orders are fulfilled in 4–6 weeks from confirmation. Custom RAL colour orders require 6–8 weeks. For large or complex projects involving multiple product types, we provide a specific production and delivery schedule at quotation stage.

Our pull-out systems are designed for installation by kitchen fitters or experienced DIY homeowners. Full installation instructions are included with every order. For waste separation units in existing cabinets, professional installation is recommended to ensure correct alignment and soft-close adjustment.

Our systems are compatible with all kitchen cabinets that follow standard European cabinet construction dimensions. We provide compatibility confirmation for major manufacturers including Nobilia, Häcker, Schuller, and Leicht. Yes, in most cases. Pull-out drawers, drawer dividers, and waste separation units can be added to existing base cabinets without structural modification. The main requirement is correct cabinet width and depth. We offer a retrofit consultation service for homeowners who want to improve an existing kitchen without a full renovation.

Our drawer mechanisms are rated to 100,000 open-close cycles — approximately 27 years of daily use. We design all products for a minimum 25-year functional lifespan. Surface finishes are powder-coated in-house and are resistant to normal domestic cleaning products, moisture, and UV.

Yes. Steel components are 100% recyclable through standard metal recycling streams. Wood and bamboo components are compostable or recyclable depending on local facility capability. We provide end-of-life guidance with every product and are developing a take-back programme for steel components, expected to launch in 2027.

All surface treatments applied to components that will be in direct or proximity contact with food storage are food-safe certified. This includes all drawer divider systems, larder organisers, and waste bin surfaces. Certification documentation is available on request.
